Back Home

After a 6-7 hours flight from Melbourne.. finally back in Singapore! The flight was kinda scary due to the turbulences. The meal and drink served on the tray were shaking quite violently. Haha heart attack.

Yesterday came back home into my room and got a shock of my life. Boxes of junk everywhere and bed was filled with clothes. Knew immediately that it was my bro's doing. He had a christmas party at home and guess he wanna hide all his mess and just dump all his stuff into my room. He better clear the stuff out soon.

Guess I was really shag cause I fell asleep almost instantly once I laid down. Haha cause the previous night was playing blackjack till about 2am+ and I was awaken by paul at 8am? So I acually woke up at 2.30pm today! Way past lunch time.

Anyway, christmas presents for everyone! Spend a bomb there but it was worth it. The season of giving it's not about spending the $$$$$$. Was busy sorting out and wrapping the present earlier on. Hope everyone likes it. :)

Feel so lazing uploading the pictures into the computer. Guess we have taken thousands of pictures. So love the pictures. Will see when I will have the mood to upload.

Lalalala...

Melbourne - Merry Christmas

Have some free time now. Using Aunt's com or is it Chrissy's? Whatever.

So just briefly, Brisbane goldcoast is where all the fun and entertainment is. Went to Movieworld and Dreamworld. Watched shows and went on some rides. So many scary rollercoasters there and extreme rides. Could only stand at the side to see the thrill and screams but nono I am sitting on them. Haha. Heart Drops. Yeah love surfer paradise there too. Good for shopping and love the beach.

Nothing really much at Sydney. It's the city sights like the sydney opera house. Yup, so just snapping shots.. more photograph taking.

So currently at Melbourne! Think overall, Melbourne's the best. The city is good. Happening. So different from Singapore. Weather is unpredictable. Came to Mel on the first day and the temperature was like 36 degrees. Scorching hot and all of us were sweating away. But guess what, ever since that day, temperature dropped drastically. Last night was the worse! Couldn't had a nice sleep due to the cold. Temperature was like 6 degrees? Gosh! This is summer! Can't imagine winter. Heard the radio earlier on and they said it was the coldest christmas day here in 150 years. More hailstones coming up later.

Anyway, been playing with all the cuzzies. Chris, Paul, MFF Jer & Jelena, Kimberly. Sigh bro isn't always around during this kinda gatherings. Their house is really cool, high tech should I say? Light sensors, motor vechicles... hey talking about that, went camping at Hazelwood the day before. Love it, totally! Uncle Mark actually bought like a plot of land there and some trees were cleared to make tracks for the quad bike and motorbikes. We were on it for a few rounds and it was fun. Quite dangerous actually. We were riding in the woods and if you lose control you end up crashing into bushes or getting scratched by branches. I got a few scratches and bruises but it was worth it lol.

Christmas mood is really different here. So homely, happening and really feel the sprit of Christmas. Just a while ago everyone was like helping to set up the tables. Decorations, presents, cutlery and arranged neatly on the table.

Really got to put up some pictures to really understand what I am talking about. Yeah gotta wait till I am back in Singapore to upload them.

Nice Christmas. :) Once in a lifetime.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE... miss u guys back home.

In Sydney

Australia's summer isn't like summer at all. You get really cool breeze but really like this kinda weather.

Was at Brisbane goldcoast for about 3 days. It's really great to do tanning here. You get the sun but don't feel hot at all because of the cool breeze. Lovely.

Anyway, currently in Sydney. Using the computer at the public internet shop. Yesss will be flying off to Melbourne tomorrow. Can't wait. Soon we will be meeting Aunt Theresa.

So much to say, so little time. I have 1 hour access only so can't describe anything that has happened.

Ok ok miss everyone back home. Till then.......

BYE.

WoooOoooo

Yes, tests and projects are over for now. Last day of school tomorrow and there will be 2 weeks break! Yup, and will be leaving for Australia tomorrow night! So exciting! Anyone wanna get stuffs from there? Better tell me soon! :D

Went to Ikea Tampines with boots to eat and walk around. Was surprised to see Felicia and Sarah there too. It was funny because we kinda like all paused for 3 seconds and started saying "ehhhh!"

Haha then I was at the checkout area when boots spotted this gi-normous lantern. I actually have the small one and found it so amusing. Lol. Gotta hold the big one with two hands and it sure was heavy.

Also got my first christmas present today! Thanks to my special friend, Jacqueline! Please await my return. =P

There's the present. It's a story book titled My Sister's Keeper. Read the summary and sounds really interesting.

I am just sooooooooooo happy today. Weeeeeeeeeeeeee... :) AND I WANNA WATCH MOVIE TOMORROW BEFORE I FLY OFF. Who's available!!!

kiwi

After hearing the briefing of application into SMU, chances are slim or almost impossible.. Especially if you are from the polytechnic. If you don't have a good CCA record, you will depend solely on your acadamic results. That means GPA of 3.4 - 3.6? Oh gosh.. and it is also better to sit for the SAT.. But testing on general knowledge.. that's an disadvantage to me. For instance, essay writing is not my forte and some maths formula have been long forgotten. Haa?

Oh well, but will just try to apply for the unis next year. Better than dismissing any hope. Seems that getting that paper is just so important today.

A good reminder is the kiwi! video from youtube. It tried to fly, even though it can't. Even if it cost its life.

The opportunity mission.

Success comes failure. Failure comes success.
